CATA Annual Meeting and Call for Papers

The CATA annual meeting will be held June 15, 2024 in Montreal.  The conference will be hosted by The Presbyterian College, which is co-sponsoring the event.  A public lecture and panel discussion will be held on June 14 at The Church of St. Mark and St. Peter with the annual meeting and paper presentations taking place the following day at The Presbyterian College.  The Call for Papers deadline has been extended until Friday, March 1.  For more information about the Annual Meeting and how to submit a paper proposal visit:  https://cata-catr.com/conferences/next-spring-congress-meeting/

Save the Date:  CATA Fall Theology Conference

Northeastern Seminary in Rochester, NY will be hosting and co-sponsoring the Fall CATA Theology Conference.  The conference, to be held on October 18-19, will be on the theme of creation care and justice.  Dr. Sylvia Keesmaat will be the keynote speaker.  More details, including a Call for Papers, to follow.

New Appointments

David Fuller was appointed in March of 2023 to the position of Assistant Professor of Old Testament at Torch Trinity Graduate University in Seoul, South Korea.

Nate Wall-Bowering as appointed in July of 2023 to the position of Assistant Professor of Old Testament at Providence Theological Seminary in Otterburne, Manitoba.
